Service scope
InfoSaleTech provides general insurance information and facilitates access to a two-wheeler renewal journey. Information for other categories is educational unless a specific transaction journey is clearly made available.
Quotes, premiums and payment
A displayed indication is not binding until confirmed in the final quote. The issuing insurer determines eligibility, premium, coverage, exclusions and issuance. You must review the insurer, customer and vehicle details, policy period, coverage and final amount before payment.
Payments are processed through an authorised payment provider. A successful payment does not itself create coverage; coverage exists only according to an issued policy.
Policy issuance, changes and claims
The issuing insurer provides the official policy wording and schedule and is responsible for underwriting and claim decisions. Requests for endorsement, cancellation or claims must meet the insurer's requirements. InfoSaleTech may assist with the digital journey but cannot promise issuance or claim settlement.
Customer responsibilities

- Keep transaction and policy references secure.
- Do not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.
- Notify us promptly about a suspected error or unauthorised transaction.
Cancellation, refunds and delivery
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, the insurer's policy terms and applicable law. Policy documents are delivered electronically under our Digital Delivery Policy.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every description is complete. To the extent permitted by law, InfoSaleTech is not responsible for insurer underwriting decisions, claim outcomes, third-party systems or losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer.
Intellectual property and independence
InfoSaleTech's original site content, branding and layout may not be copied or misused. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. InfoSaleTech is independent of Go Digit and does not represent an affiliation with Go Digit.
Law and contact
