How pricing works
There is no single fixed price for an insurance renewal. The issuing insurer calculates the premium using information such as vehicle type, registration details, policy history, selected coverage, insured declared value, add-ons and applicable taxes.
The final amount payable in Indian rupees is displayed for your review before payment. Any service or facilitation fee, if applicable, must be separately identified before you confirm.
What you should see before payment
- Name of the issuing insurer and selected product.
- Policy period and key coverage details.
- Base premium, add-ons, applicable taxes and final total.
- Your vehicle and contact details for confirmation.
- A link to the relevant terms, privacy and cancellation policy.
Secure payment
Payments are completed only through the secure checkout presented in the renewal journey. Available methods may include UPI, debit card, credit card and net banking, depending on the authorised payment gateway.
InfoSaleTech does not ask you to disclose an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or CVV to customer support. Full payment credentials should be entered only on the authorised payment page.
Payment confirmation and issuance
A payment confirmation records the transaction; it does not by itself confirm that an insurance policy has been issued. Coverage begins only as stated in the official policy issued by the insurer. After successful issuance, the policy document is delivered electronically.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited but the transaction is shown as failed, or if the same order is paid more than once, contact us with the payment reference. We will verify the transaction and arrange an eligible reversal or refund to the original payment method.
